When we were looking for a good description of all the different ways we can put big, beautiful images on your wall, we came up with the term "wall art." The products we offer truly are pieces of art worthy of a gallery %u2014 they also just happen to feature amazing images of your little one!
We have six different kinds of wall art, each one with enough unique features to make you fall in love with them all!
Eco-friendly framed giclee prints: Giclee is a process of making high-quality, archival fine art prints from a digital source using inkjet printing. Giclee prints feature more vibrant images, on higher quality papers, than traditional chemical-based printing processes can offer. It is a 100% digital eco-friendly printing process, and some of the 11 paper types available are also super-green. All giclee prints are framed in one of our 20 eco-friendly frames, with durable plexiglass and optional mat in 2", 4", 6" and 8" widths. Ready-to-hang framed prints start at $220 for an 8x10 up to $925 for 30x40. Gallery-wrap canvases (bare or framed): Your favorite image is printed on a sheet of canvas that is tightly stretched all the way around a 1.5" thick wood frame and stapled in the back. This is called a gallery wrap, and it's a very classy, alternative look. Because the sides of the canvas are attractive, many people hang them as is. We can wrap the image around the sides, or keep the image on the front surface only and put black, white, a color, and even text on the sides. You can take them a step further with a beautiful solid-wood floating frame. Ready-to-hang bare canvases start at $190 for an 8x10 up to $845 for 30x40, and framed canvases range from $285 to $1095.Plexi-mounts: Images are printed on premium-quality photo paper that is seamlessly back-mounted to 1/4" thick crystal-clear, high-grade plexiglass. The piece is then mounted to the wall with four brushed aluminum feet that give it an added dimension by floating the artwork 1" from the wall. Plexi-mounts look great with a single large image, and are also particularly well-suited for presenting multi-photo layouts. Ready-to-hang plexi-mounts start at $375 for 12x18 up to $875 for 24x36 (larger sizes are available for custom order). Alumiglow: Images are printed on coated, brushed aluminum panels with a thick, high-gloss coating that bestows a subtle 3D effect on the imagery. A hint of the metal's brushed texture shows through the image, providing an added layer of awesomeness. The piece stands about 1" off the wall, and metal side walls are available in frosted silver, pewter gray, and satin black. Ready-to-hang alumiglows start at $575 for 16x20 up to $1195 for 30x40. Modular metal: A modular metal installation consists of multiple square aluminum panels with an opaque coating onto which your image is printed. The panels are linked together and suspended on a metal bar so they hang about 1" off the wall. We can split a single image across the panels, or each panel can be printed with a different image. Since these pieces are so modular, we can build them to any square or rectangular shape. Because of this, they are particularly effective at filling up large wall spaces. Ready-to-hang modular metal installations are $100 plus $50 per 12" square panel.
